WHY QUENCH
Making the leap from carefree, albeit careless, consumerism to a more carefully considered health and socially conscious shopping attitude is not always easy. Women are beginning, however to consider the short-term and long-term impact of their purchasing decisions on the earth, other people, and perhaps most notably, on their own bodies. Quench is trying to help make that choice easier for women. Our customer base is willing to spend the time to do the research in order to save something much more precious. Quench wants to give people a choice versus the multination conglomerate that undercuts their product with chemical based mass produced product. We know that we cannot be everything to everyone; however, we are trying to make a concerted effort to create a business model built on fair trade concepts, all natural ingredients, and time-tested formulas. We want to be an example that shows that you can run a successful business while doing “what is right.”

Quench has been getting a lot of buzz lately, both regionally and nationally. Quench is continually featured in several online blogs and magazines, and was most recently showcased in Chicago Scene Magazine and in Pregnancy Magazine. This press has inundated Quench with calls from customers who want to purchase Quench products, but who do not want to pay for shipping. This referral could mean potential customers for your establishment who may not have otherwise shopped at your store. Further, Quench expects the buzz to continue to grow and this is an opportunity for Quench retailers to enjoy some free PR. Stories often mention the names of the stores carrying Quench products; retailers will also be included on Quench’s website for potential customers.
